As an investigator working on behalf of Investigative Services Group (ISG), and in turn, an Insurer client, you operate in a highly legislated industry. Not only will the client have obligations under various aspects of law such as Privacy, WHS and insurance schemes but also under industry guidelines such as the General Insurance Code of Practice (GICOP).

As an operative that is acting on behalf of the client, you have an obligation to help them uphold the law and to follow relevant policies and procedures. This training provides a general overview of various aspects of compliance relevant to your activities as an investigator.
